The morning ritual

Still exporting CSVs from five bank portals?

Every finance team has the same workbook: a "cash" tab someone rebuilds by hand from downloaded statements. By the time it's pasted in, it's already a day old.

CSVs go stale instantly

You export from each portal, paste it in, and the balance has already changed. The "live" cash tab is only as fresh as your last download.

Copy-paste breaks formulas

Column orders shift between banks, a row gets misaligned, and your forecast silently references the wrong cell for a week.

The forecast is never current

Your 13-week forecast is built on snapshots. Every Monday you wonder which numbers are stale — and so does whoever you send it to.

How it works

Connect once. Live in your spreadsheet.

1. Connect your banks

Sign in with Google and link your accounts through Plaid — about 5 minutes. Read-only, no passwords ever shared with us.

2. Add it to Excel or Sheets

Install the Excel Add-in or the Google Sheets Add-on. It opens as a panel right inside the workbook you already work in.

3. Pull live data into any cell

Drop live balances, categorized transactions, and the 13-week forecast into your own tabs and formulas — refreshed on open and on demand.

From a finance team using TreasuryFlow
"We live in Excel. Every other tool wanted us to log into another dashboard. TreasuryFlow just put the live bank numbers into the workbook we already send the board — the cash tab updates itself now."

Excel & Google Sheets FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which spreadsheets does it work with?

Both. TreasuryFlow ships a native Microsoft Excel Add-in (a task pane inside your workbook) and a Google Sheets Add-on. Both pull the same live bank data, so your team can work in whichever one they already use.

How does it connect to my bank?

Through Plaid, with read-only access — TreasuryFlow never sees or stores your bank passwords. Connect each account once and the balances and transactions flow into your spreadsheet automatically.

Is the data live, or a one-time import?

Live. Balances and transactions refresh when you open the sheet and on demand — it's a live feed, not a stale CSV you re-export every morning.

Do I have to leave my spreadsheet to use it?

No. The Add-in and Add-on run inside Excel and Google Sheets. Pull live balances, categorized transactions, and the 13-week forecast straight into your own cells and tabs.

Can I still build my own forecast model?

Yes. Drop live actuals into the tabs and formulas you already maintain, or use TreasuryFlow's built-in rolling 13-week forecast. If you keep your own model, the bring-your-own-template option keeps its actuals filled in every week.

What does it cost?

$99/mo per company — unlimited banks and team members included, 14-day free trial, no credit card. The Excel Add-in, Google Sheets Add-on, and web portal are all part of it.
