We target 99.9% availability. Independent SLA reporting is on our roadmap — until it exists, we won't quote an audited uptime number we can't back. Planned maintenance is announced in advance, and your bank data is never at risk during an outage: access is read-only by design.
If this page is green but your dashboard shows a stale or missing balance, the usual cause is a single bank feed needing re-authentication — see Connect your bank. Bank-side maintenance windows (often weekend nights) can also delay transactions without anything being wrong on our side.
