You don't need a bank connection to see your money in TreasuryFlow. In the dashboard, choose Upload a statement and drop in a recent statement or transaction export (CSV or Excel). We build your live dashboard from it in seconds — cash position, categorized transactions, and the 13-week forecast — with the same read-only, private-by-design handling as a bank feed. Many teams run this way while we sort out their connection, and some prefer it permanently.
Email michael@treasuryflow.ai with the bank's name (subject: "Bank request"). A founder will check coverage and reply within one business day with a straight answer: it's supported under a different search name, it's coming and here's the workaround, or it isn't supported yet — in which case statement upload keeps you fully working. We won't pretend a connection exists when it doesn't, and your note is what gets an institution onto our priority list.
