Install the Excel add-in
The add-in runs as a task pane inside your workbook: live balances, categorized transactions, and the 13-week forecast in your own cells and formulas, with exact amounts.
Install with the launcher workbook
- Download the launcher: app.treasuryflow.ai/download/launcher (a small .xlsx file).
- Open it in Excel: Microsoft 365 on Windows, Mac, or Excel on the web.
- If Excel asks, click Enable Editing and trust the add-in. The TreasuryFlow task pane opens on the right.
- Sign in with your TreasuryFlow account, the same login as the dashboard.
One honest note: the add-in is not yet listed in Microsoft AppSource, so searching "TreasuryFlow" inside Excel's add-in store won't find it. The launcher workbook above is the supported install path today.
What you can pull into your workbook
- Live balances for every connected account, refreshed on open and on demand.
- Categorized transactions, with exact amounts. Your workbook is the precision surface; exports carry the exact figures.
- The 13-week forecast, in weekly buckets, ready for your own formulas.
Already maintain your own forecast model? Keep it: the bring-your-own-template option fills your existing tabs and formulas with live actuals instead of replacing them.
Troubleshooting
- The pane doesn't open: make sure you clicked Enable Editing when Excel asked, and that you're on Microsoft 365 (older perpetual-license Excel versions don't support task-pane add-ins).
- Sign-in loops: allow pop-ups for the sign-in window, then try again.
- Anything else: email us. A real reply, usually with a fix, within one business day.
