Debt balances, maturities and a pre-close EBITDA that publishes its own coverage
Bottom line: TreasuryFlow now tracks your debt and shows the debt service due inside the 13-week window, and it computes a pre-close EBITDA that tells you what share of the P&L it actually covers.
Debt: what shipped
Enter your notes: lender, balance, rate, payment, maturity. The card shows total balance, next payment, debt service inside the 13-week window, notes maturing within a year, and the weighted-average rate.
If you have no debt entered, the card simply does not appear.
Counted once, not twice
Debt service is computed as its own figure. It is never merged into the forecast's projected outflows, because payments already in your run rate would be counted twice.
Free-text notes on a loan are encrypted at rest.
Pre-close EBITDA: what shipped
Off the live QuickBooks P&L: revenue, direct field labor, subcontractors, materials, cost of goods, gross margin, overhead, operating margin, net profit and EBITDA. Every figure is labelled a pre-close estimate.
A derived line appears only when every input is mapped. A bucket you genuinely do not have can be declared absent. Otherwise the line stays blank rather than wrong.
The denominator, printed next to the number
An EBITDA computed off sixty percent of the P&L is not EBITDA. So the page shows mapped dollars over total P&L dollars, lists unmapped accounts, and flags low coverage.
The month-end lock
Once your bookkeeper closes a month, lock it. The estimate is snapshotted and every later read returns that certified figure. It is never silently recomputed.
Unlocking is owner-only, because reopening a month you already reported to a bank or bonding agent should be rare and deliberate.
If QuickBooks access has expired, the page says so instead of showing stale figures.
